Kawneer Peachtree Patio Door Handle

Hi. I have a Peachtree patio slider that is 30+ years old. The door hardware is looking shabby, and I would like to replace the handle. The door has a mortise lock set. The screw holes are 5.5" apart. I would like to replace the handle with a white one, without drilling new holes into the door. Any suggestions?

Hi Vince;

So far as I can tell there is only one handle available with 5-1/2" center to center spacing and I have uploaded a picture of it here. Unfortunately the catalog pictures tell you very little about how it actually looks. If I can locate a better picture I will add more.

This handle is only available in clear or bronze anodized aluminum, nothing white
