Clean top and bottom tracks with cloth, vacuum the debris out of the bottom track. Use dry silicone spray on both tracks. If this doesn't solve the problem, you might have a lower grade door and you'll need to replace it with a top quality product such as the Wizard retractable screen door made in Canada. www.WizardIndustries.com
