Parts for Marvin Safe T Plus or Terrace door

I have a mid-1990's Marvin "Terrace" door and one of the roller adjustment gears has worn and won't hold the roller in place. The Terrace door is the swing out version of the Safe T Plus door.

I've touched base with Marvin and according to them no one makes replacement parts for the screen door. It seems a waste to throw away an otherwise perfectly good door because a $3 part isn't available. Of course, they have a "replacement" rolling screen door available for just over $250, but they can't guarantee that it will fit.

Do I have any other options or should I consider a retractable screen.
