Mosquito repellent and the Mosquito net

Screens keep the mosquitoes out of the house but if you live in rural areas you might also need mosquito repellent devices and other forms of mosquito trap to really do a good job of keeping the insects at bay. Also keeping some mosquito nets on hand hand is a good way to protect children and yourself from the pesky bugs while you are away from home.

A mosquito net is a simple and effective way of keeping bugs away. Some have been designed to fit over baby strollers in addition to the more traditional mosquito net intended for use on a bed. To fit a mosquito net over you bed you only need a single point over the bed to suspend the mosquito net. Most nets are large enough to cover a king size bed or over 2 cots if you are camping. The baby stroller nets usually have elastic hems which allow them to fit over just about any kind of stroller.

Mosquito traps use types of mosquito lure to attract mosquitoes. For that reason, you dont want a mosquito trap close to you when it is operating. Otherwise the mosquitoes will just start biting you. A mosquito trap uses an electric fan to create suction to draw the creatures attracted to it. You will probably need a long extension cord to keep the unit suitable far away from you so that mosquitoes get attracted only to the machine.
